Home Based Business

All products are created by myself, Anna, at home.  My place of residences is smoke and pet free.

Returns & Exchanges

Currently as I am a small at home business I am unable to offer returns. There are exchanges if there is a defect in the product itself (eg. a seam is not fully closed).  If there is  a defect photographs will be submitted for my inspection before the exchange.  Email me at ryanannam@gmail.com for information on exchanges.

Shipping

Shipping is available worldwide. Unfortunately free shipping is not available as I am a small home based business.  Shipping is charged by Canada Post, customers have the option of regular post, xpresspost, or priority shipping.

A $2.50 handling fee ($1.50 for smaller items) is charged to all purchases. This is to help cover the cost of the shipping box / envelopes and payment processing fees.

Local Pickup

Local pick up is available in Yarmouth / Yarmouth County Area.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are available upon request.  Prices will vary depending on fabric availability / cost.  Custom orders will need to be paid in advance before creation.  Shipping costs will be charged at the Canada Post Rate and a $2.50 (or 1.50) handling fee will be applied.
